These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tj89 for any person who accesses or uses the tj89 platform (https://tj89.mom). By accessing or using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and all related policies, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2.1 — Minimum Age Requirement

2.2 — One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one personal account at tj89. Opening a second account from the same household or the same IP address is not allowed. Where violations are found, we may block bonuses or close the account.

2.3 — Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate and complete. If we find that any information is incorrect, we reserve the right to restrict withdrawals from that account.

Deposits must be made only from the player's own Myanmar Kyat (MMK) account. tj89 may decline and return any funds from third parties or from sources that cannot be clearly identified. tj89 is not responsible for delays caused by banking network errors during a transaction.

3.3 — Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour of the player's request. If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited and deducted. Funds may be temporarily held while withdrawals are under review.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New players at tj89 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
• Deposit 620,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 920,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.

4.2 — Bonus Wagering Requirement

After receiving a bonus, you must wager that bonus amount 10 times (10x) before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. Bets placed outside the bonus scope (if they are wagering-ineligible games) cannot count toward the bonus wagering total.

4.3 — General Promotion Terms

Bonuses and promotions are for personal use only and may not be sold, exchanged, or cashed out directly. Any bonus may be subject to a time limit during review, and tj89 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus. Players should read the bonus terms before claiming any bonus.

tj89 has 5 VIP levels based on player activity. They are—

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Players can move up to higher levels based on their play and activity, and will receive better cashback rates. Cashback is paid once a week on MMT time and credited to the player's account as bonus funds.

6.1 — Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tj89 platform—

• Playing with bonus abuse or arbitrage strategies
• Playing with a bot or automation software
• Sharing or lending your gaming account to others
• Colluding to manipulate game results
• Playing by exploiting software vulnerabilities
• Depositing or withdrawing using suspicious or unclean funds

6.2 — Problem Gambling

tj89 may suspend a player's service without prior notice in the following cases—

8.2 — Player's Rights

A player may contact [email protected] at any time to request closure of their tj89 account. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of closure will be returned via the original deposit method.

tj89 accepts no responsibility for funds lost through gameplay, unmet expectations, or outcomes arising from players' own decisions. If a technical error causes an incorrect bonus amount or game result, tj89 reserves the right to correct the erroneous amount.
